Sagittarius

Week of 31 January 2022

Last week, or the not too distant past, saw the completion of a cycle. Perhaps a work project or a job came to conclusion. Objectively, it may look like you’re out in the cold and on your own, and you’re worried about this and wondering if you can go on. But you are a resilient and capable leader, Sagittarius. Whether you lead others, or simply yourself, you are so much more than the situations you find yourself in.

An opportunity has or will present itself. Before it does, you may find your mind racing every which way, trying to find a solution to the problems you face right now. You’re frustrated and disappointed. You deserve better than this. And I hear you. You do. But you must open your eyes to other possibilities. If the thing you’re searching for hasn’t manifested, take a step back and see if you can’t get at it via another route–or find a new route entirely. Sometimes you have to go backwards to go forwards. And in doing so this week–in taking a look around you and seeing what is feasible, what’s actually available, what you can ease yourself into with little or no difficulty–you will be setting yourself up for triumph by the end of the week.

It may mean going down an entirely different road. You might have to rebrand yourself and find new uses for your many skills, Sagittarius. But I think that once you do this, you will feel inspired. You’ll hit the ground running and find your way towards the stability, encouragement, and support you crave.

Like all fictional narratives, the stories that emerge through tarot are not predictive. Instead, these stories offer new ways of seeing situations, alternative perspectives, and opportunities to remind oneself of the ups and downs we all must face in life.
